You must fill in an application form and theoretically and you should have a passport size photograph. At Kathmandu airport the visa fee is payable in US cash dollars only.\n\nAccess: Kathmandu is connected by direct flights with Amsterdam, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Moscow, Vienna, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Karachi, Bahrain, Kolkotta, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Patna, Varanasi, Dhaka, Paro, Lhasa, Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Osaka.
